More About Petrina Chef Petrina is a Jamaican immigrant, an East Coast "native" and an Air Force veteran. Through her travels she explored and adapted to many different cultures. During which, she gained an understanding of how important food is and how it connects us all despite our different languages and cultures. Petrina combines fundamental skills learned during her Bachelors program at Le Cordon Bleu & The Art Institute of Las Vegas; with her experiences working and learning under highly skilled chefs in France; Italy, Jamaica, and Las Vegas; combined along with her own childhood experiences. She offers a unique, eclectic and unforgettable dining experience.
Petrina began her plant-based and vegetable focused journey in 2017. Since then, she has been passionate about a more vegetable focused style of cuisine, while enjoying her passion for the extravagant, luxurious, and avant-garde.
