  • As parents and mentors, we have the ability to teach our kids to have a positive relationship with food and movement.

  • Finding support is a great way to achieve goals. This can be as big as hiring a coach or trainer to help steer you in the direction you want to go or as small as talking to your friends and family about your goals and asking them to be your accountability partners.

I am a Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach who is flipping the script on health and fitness. I am a firm believer that fitness comes in many shapes and sizes and I am passionate about helping others believe that they are worthy of having a healthy body; whatever that means to them.
