In This Episode:
There is no truth. People see the world as they do because of the life they have lived. I have learned that listening to people's stories is a great way to expand my understanding of the world.
Healing can be found in many different ways. The goal is to find the way that works for you and do it.
You don't have to have a lasting connection with someone to have a lasting impression on their life. Guide people where you can, you have a greater impact than you know.
Your brain isn't naturally happy, that is not it's job. You have to teach your brain to be happy by recognizing the good around you.
You are capable of whatever you are willing to work for.
More About Chandra
Chandra is so many things all rolled into one. A mother, a coach, a trauma survivor, a powerlifter, a podcast host (but today I'm the guest), and so much more. As a neurodivergent person, I have a habit of incorporating everything I have ever tried into my personality moving forward. But, it keeps things interesting. In this episode, I take on the role of guest on my own show, and let my friend Nichole ask the questions.
